I provide empathic guidance to you on acceptance, accountability and building upon strengths for your child. I am realistic about the challenges of parenting and use professional and lived parental experience to guide our work. I know how hard it is to trust someone with your child, and I take this responsibility seriously.

I strive to empower people to realize their full potential and figure out what coping strategies work best for them. Incorporating bodywork, such as yoga, mindfulness, and meditation, is one of the ways I like to work with people and help them figure out how to get in tune with their bodies and emotions.

I believe that therapy is a collaboration between myself and my clients working towards achieving what you feel is most important to work on. My goal is to empower you with the tools and strategies needed. I work most often with those with depression, anxiety, trauma and generally needing support to navigate through life challenges.

I prioritize empathy and strengths in my therapeutic approach. My experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults in individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and crisis management. I use a trauma-informed approach to support those experiencing depression, anxiety, traumatizing events, family conflict, life stressors, and other challenges. Using a person-centered approach, I create a welcoming, safe space to explore emotions and past and present challenges.
